Service description
Receevd provides invoice-reminder and case-management support for customer-supplied overdue invoice information. Receevd sends communications on behalf of the customer after authorisation and records activity for review.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, invoice and recipient details.
- Confirm that submitted invoices are genuine and due according to customer records.
- Tell Receevd promptly if an invoice is paid, disputed or withdrawn.
- Use Receevd only for suitable invoice-reminder cases.
Service boundary
- Receevd is not a debt collection agency.
- Receevd is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.
- Receevd does not provide court, bailiff, solicitor or enforcement services.
- Receevd does not decide whether an invoice is legally enforceable.
- Receevd does not guarantee recovery or payment.
Pilot status
During the pilot, Receevd is founder-operated and may pause, reject or limit cases to protect service quality, recipient experience, legal boundaries and customer data.
